Notice of Deadline to File Objections and Notice of Hearing

In general, the Clerk's Office does not allow filers to electronically file multi-part documents. However, the filing of a Notice of Deadline to File Objections and Notice of Hearing is one of the few exceptions to this rule. Call the appropriate Judge’s chambers to obtain a hearing date and time.
- Click Bankruptcy Menu
- Click Notices

Enter the case number.
**When following the steps below, click the Next button to navigate to the next screen.
- Select Deadline to File Objections (Notice) from event list. Hold down the [Ctrl] key and click the down arrow to scroll down and select Hearing (Notice). Both events will display as Selected Events.
- Browse, verify and attach the document.
- Check the box Refer to existing event(s)?.
- Select the category to which your event relates. Or if you prefer, you can use Filed or Documents to find the docket entry to which your event relates.
- Select the docket entry in which your event relates.
- Enter the date notice was served, and the number of days in objection period.
- Scroll to the appropriate hearing type and enter the date, time and location.
- Docket Text:Modify as Appropriate.
- Review final docket text.
