Courtrooms, hearing and conference rooms, and judge's chambers are located at the Pete V. Domenici United States Courthouse, the same building that houses the Clerk's Office.

Courtroom Locations

Judge Jacobvitz's courtroom is the Jemez Courtroom, located on the 3rd floor.  He also conducts preliminary hearings in the Vista Courtroom.  

Use of Electronic Devices

No cameras, cellular telephones with cameras or recording capability, transmitters, receivers or recording equipment may be brought into or used in any courtroom or court environs. Attorneys and jurors who have cellular telephones with cameras are exempt from this prohibition. Laptops and tablets are allowed but only if the camera and recording features are not used.
