The Bankruptcy Court in the District of New Mexico will be closed Monday, February 19, 2018 in observance of the Presidents' Day federal holiday.
The Bankruptcy Court will be moving to a new location over Presidents' Day weekend (February 16-19). We will open for business as usual in our new location on Tuesday, February 20th.
341 meeting locations ARE NOT changing as part of the Court relocation.

The customer service counter will be located on the third floor of the Lomas courthouse. Bankruptcy courtrooms and hearing rooms will be located on the fifth floor of the courthouse.
All Court phone numbers will change as part of this move. The new main line phone number will be changed to 505-415-7999
