E-Mailing Documents to the Clerk's Office

By following the procedure outlined on this page, you may submit via e-mail the following documents requiring action by the Clerk's Office.

Submission Procedure

  1. Attach documents in Microsoft Word format to a transmittal e-mail. Documents submitted in other formats, such as PDF, RTF, or DAT, cannot be accepted.
  2. The subject line of the e-mail must contain the bankruptcy or adversary case number.
  3. E-mail documents to web_ops@nmb.uscourts.gov. The Clerk's Office will contact you within two business hours confirming receipt of your e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail response or if you have questions regarding submission of your document, please call the Clerk's Office at (505) 415-7999 or call toll-free at (866) 291-6805 for assistance.
