Quick Note

Review the claims register to identify the court assigned claim number for the claim associated with the Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees.

This docket entry will appear on the Claims Register as a supplement to the associated claim. It will also appear on the case docket but with no document number only "doc."

  1. Click Bankruptcy Menu
  2. Click Claims Related and Other Events
  3. Enter the case number.

    **When following the steps below, click the Next button to navigate to the next screen.

  4. Select Mortgage Payment Change - also for HELOC (Notice) from the event list.
  5. If you are a Creditor filer, the Select any additional attorney(s) screen displays:
    • Select any additional attorney(s), or click Next to bypass this screen
    • Click OK when you receive the message "Note:you have not selected an attorney"
  6. At the Select the Party screen, select the party. If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.
  7. If you are an attorney filer, the attorney/party association screen displays, if the association does not yet exist. The check box is preselected.
  8. Browse, verify and attach the document.
  9. Select the applicable Creditor and claim information from the list.

    The claim number will display in the Claims Selected field.

    • If there is no claim on file, click Next without selecting a claim.
    • Click OK on the message "You have not selected a claim."
  10. Select Yes or No for "Is a Certificate of Service included or attached to the document currently being filed?
    • If No is selected, the message:After Filing This Document, File the Certificate of Service found in the Claims Related and Other Events Category displays.
  11. Docket Text:Modify as Appropriate.
  12. Review final docket text.
