Under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the CARES Act), temporary amendments were made to five Official Forms. The CARES Act will lapse on Sunday, March 27, 2022, (unless extended through additional legislation), and effective March 28, 2022, the forms will revert back to their pre-CARES Act versions.  These forms changes should not be confused with other form dollar amount changes effective April 1, 2022.

Please work with your bankruptcy software provider to insure you are using the correct forms on March 28, 2022.
