All requests to reschedule § 341 meetings must be made to the United States trustee in chapter 11 cases and to the trustee in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases at least 7 days before the scheduled meeting. If the trustee agrees, the requesting party must immediately file and serve a notice to all creditors and parties in interest of the new meeting date and time, together with a certificate of service. The trustee may continue a § 341 meeting from time to time by announcing the continuance(s) at the regularly scheduled meeting; no further notice is required, but the appropriate trustee must promptly make a docket entry in the case of the new meeting date and time.
