The Court posted revised local form Chapter 13 Plan, NM LF 3015-2 (Effective 7/1/2022), to the website, www.nmb.uscourts.gov, under the tab, Forms & Local Rules/Local Forms/Required Forms. The revised local form Chapter 13 Plan contains the following changes/corrections:

 1.  Part 4.1(C): Added new column for “interest rate” to the chart.

2.  Title of Part 6 changed to the following:

• Separately Classified Secured and Unsecured Claims
• Practice tip: provide for direct payments by debtor or co-borrower on a secured claim in Part 6.2.

3.  Part 9: Added a check box for the minimum payment amount. 

• Practice tip: DO NOT check both boxes: check the box for minimum payment and state the amount; OR check the box to indicate a 100% plan.

 Please stop using NM LF 3015-2 (Effective 5/1/2021) and begin using revised NM LF 3015-2 (Effective 7/1/22).
