The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual section 341 meetings of creditors for all
chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases filed in the District of New Mexico. 

All attorneys and staff are invited to join one of the U.S. Trustee's Info Sessions on the rollout of
Zoom section 341 meetings scheduled for Thursday, 5/23/24 at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain
Time) or Thursday, 5/30/24 at 12:30 p.m. (Mountain Time).

The information sessions will be conducted by Teams and are open to everyone and will cover a
variety of topics including:
• Connecting to a Zoom meeting,
• Participating in a virtual meeting,
• Requirements for verifying debtors' ID, and more.

Please RSVP by emailing your name, email address, and session you will be attending, along
with the name, email address, and session date for each additional person attending to
Amy.Floyd@usdoj.gov no later than Friday, May 10, 2024. The U.S. Trustee will follow up
with further instructions.
