The Supreme Court adopted changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, which are scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2016. The Clerk's Office for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma has compiled an informational packet for use by all bankruptcy courts that includes committee notes for the amended rules, along with relevant fee and form changes also scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2016. Additionally several fee increases go into effect on December 1, 2016.  A revised fee schedule has been posted on the Court web site.
