RULE 9003-1 Ex Parte Contact. Unless the court orders otherwise, a party shall not transmit to a judge any communication regarding relief sought. This rule does not preclude ex parte submission of orders for entry. A communication regarding relief sought directed to a judge or the clerk may be filed in the case or proceeding. The court is not required to take any action on the communication unless it has been filed of record and a party requests a hearing, moves to strike, or otherwise properly brings the matter before the court.
