RULE 3017-1     Notice of Confirmation Hearing in Chapter 11 Small Business Cases. 

The debtor in a chapter 11 small business case shall, within three business days after filing the plan and disclosure  tatement, contact the courtroom deputy for the assigned judge to request a confirmation hearing. The debtor shall serve the notice and order prepared by the courtroom deputy within three business days of receipt.
