RULE 1010-1 PETITION - INVOLUNTARY - ADDITIONAL PETITIONERS When fewer than three petitioners file an involuntary petition, and the debtor files an answer asserting the existence of twelve or more creditors, the petitioning creditor(s) may serve a copy of the petition, the answer, and a notice on the creditors identified by the debtor. The notice shall state that additional creditors may join in the petition prior to its disposition and shall give notice of the time and place of any hearing. Note: See Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1003(b).
