Entering the Building

The Bankruptcy Clerk's Office intake window is open to the public. You may not need to come to the courthouse.  Most transactions can be performed electronically or by mail. A drop box is available at the entrance of the courthouse so customers can drop off pleadings and payments when they do not need to meet with a clerk's office employee.

Customers can contact the Clerk's Office at 505-415-7999 or 866-291-6805.

All visitors to the courthouse must wear a face mask.  See Order Supplementing Administrative Order of the District Court.

This page will be updated regularly during this continually evolving situation.
